Description of the holiday flat "Niersblick"

The holiday flat “Niersblick” in Wachtendonk is comprised of the first and second floors of a house that

 

has been meticulously renovated and modernized in the last few years.

 

In more than 70 m² you will find

 

•  A fully equipped kitchen (with oven, ceramic cooktop, 

   dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster

   and coffee mashine – as well as all the usual equipment,

   glasses, cutlery and dishes)

•  A Dinner table with 4 chairs

•  A modern bathroom with shower, WC, lavatory and hair    dryer

• One bedroom with two separate beds (90 x 200 cm),    

   wardrobe and dresser

• One master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm),

   tv and walk-in closet

• One living room with a leather couch set, tv and stereo

 

• Appliances (e.g. vacuum cleaner)

 

Two parking spaces for cars are available.

The flat is a non-smoking space, of course smoking is allowed on the roof terrace. Pets are not allowed in the flat.
